Autonomous, frequency-controlled pressure boosting for industrial applications

The B-ATS-E pressure booster system is a fully autonomous, ready-to-connect all-in-one solution for constant pressure boosting in industrial and infrastructure applications. Designed for continuous operation, the system maintains a stable line pressure regardless of fluctuating demand, ensuring process reliability, energy efficiency, and equipment protection.

Delivered as a fully assembled, factory-tested complete unit, the B-ATS-E integrates all hydraulic, mechanical, and control components into a compact and robust system. It combines a frequency-controlled multistage inline pump with stainless steel suction and discharge piping, a pressure vessel, pressure gauge, and a pressure-side non-return valve.

Application-focused pressure control

At the heart of the system is a frequency-controlled inline pump that automatically adapts its speed to the actual consumption. This demand-driven control ensures:

  • constant system pressure
  • reduced energy consumption
  • minimized mechanical stress
  • extended service life of all components

Pressure control is handled by an external electronic pressure sensor mounted on the discharge side. Unlike mechanical pressure switches, this solution is wear-free, highly accurate, and resistant to faults, making it ideal for industrial environments.

The air-cooled frequency converter offers high operational reliability and enables precise speed control across a wide frequency range from 30 to 60 Hz.

Robust design for industrial operation

All hydraulic components in contact with the medium are manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The pump hydraulics are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the valves are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel for increased chemical resistance.

The compact mechanical seal design allows seal replacement without dismantling the pump, significantly reducing maintenance time and downtime.

The complete pressure booster system is mounted on a stainless steel base plate. Integrated expansion joints reduce vibration transmission, resulting in quieter operation and lower mechanical stress on the piping system.

  • Dry-running protection is pre-programmed and reacts immediately to pressure drops, effectively preventing pump damage.

Digital connectivity & IoT-ready (optional)

An optional WiFi module enables direct access to all operating data and settings via IoT. With an active internet connection, the system can be monitored and adjusted worldwide in real time. This allows:

  • remote parameter adjustment
  • live operating data monitoring
